Pelviscopic Expereance of 600 cases in Gynecologic Disease

|
Pelviscopic surgery is popular recently because of the merits of pelpviscopic surgery compared with the laparotomy. in spite of the difficulty of technique and high cost of pelviscopic instruments. We have experienced 600 cases of pelviscopic surgery, and come to conclusion that pelviscopic surgery makes less pain, less bleeding and also reduce postoperative pelvic adhesion and hospital-stay-time. With these wonderful advatages, skillful pelviscopic techniques, and development of pelviscopic instruments almost all gynecologic surgery can be performed by pelviscopic procedures in the future. So, we report our pelviscopic experience with references.
